Its starting to get tedious how often Little Mix are chastised for their revealing outfits, but theres one thing you can bank on: they dont take these comments lying down.
Anticipating criticism over their attire in their Woman Like Me video, Jade took to Instagram to shut down the haters in one fell, sassy swoop.
The 25-year-old posted a tongue in cheek Instagram story, which read: Warning Little Mix are wearing leotards in parts of this video. The exposure of thigh and their ability to dance comfortably in their chosen choice of clothing may offend some.
The trigger warning was accompanied by a still of her sipping a cup of tea, unfazed.
The Woman Like Me video which features Nicki Minaj is a pretty bangin feminist number which sees the girl cast away stereotypes of how women should behave.
Perrie, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Jesy go through five outfit changes in the video, ranging from simple black bodysuits, to streetwear, to floor length gowns.
The girls addressed the comments swirling around their outfit choices last year in an exclusive interview with the Metro.
Jade said: We wear what we wear and we love it. Were confident in ourselves and I think that should be praised,
We are who we are and as long as were comfortable and happy, thats all that matters.
The girls are busy over the next few weeks: from appearing on this weekends X Factor, to the imminent release of their new album, LM5, which will release on November 16.
Tune in tomorrow night to see them perform Woman Like Me on the show, where they will appear alongside Kylie Minogue.
Leotards at the ready!
