Gwyneth Paltrow spawned two children with ex-husband Chris Martin before they consciously uncoupled.
One of which, the eldest, is daughter Apple, who has remained pretty much out of the spotlight in all her 14 years.
That was until Gwynny stepped back from Goop and realised it was National Daughters Day.
It was all she needed to share a sweet and rare selfie with her eldest, which then, evidently, shook the rest of us mere mortals to our very core.
Because look at her! When did she get so grown up!
And so much like her mother!
GAHD! IS THAT PINK HAIR, YOUNG LADY!?
But not only were we losing our proverbial, but the actors celebrity pals were also shrieking into their smart phones after being treated to the mother/daughter sighting.
Posting to Instagram, Gwyneth said: Happy #nationaldaughtersday Apple Martin, its like i conjured you from a dream, you make my life.
Kevin McHale, her Glee co-star said: Omg shes so old!
He can only get away with saying that while shes still a teenager.
Model Martha Hunt called her a mini me, while Rumur Willis said: Beautiful girls.
Gwen Stefani, who has three boys, said: My goodness she is adorable.
Kate Hudson also couldnt believe her eyes as she added My oh my, alongside a crying emoji.
Celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson, ditched her method to write: you dream in the most beautiful beauty.
Thats deep, Trace.
Theyre basically all the celebrities we could really muster the energy to note down, but we know there are more lurking with their own thoughts on this flawless visage.
Four months ago the actress paid tribute to her daughter on her 14th birthday – see, we told you these images are rare – as she gave us a glimpse into their sweet relationship.
The doting mother wrote: Happy birthday, my darling girl. You make everyday feel like Christmas morning.
More: Gwyneth Paltrow
You are the most vibrant, hilarious, twirling all over the place, beautiful (inside and out) young woman. You are an amazing thinker and an incredible songwriter. Thanks for still hanging out with me, even though you are 14.
Now its time to unveil 12-year-old Moses for national sons day and really put us in our graves.
