Her two-and-a-half-year relationship with Liam Payne came crashing to an end earlier this month to the shock of many.
And nearly three weeks on from announcing her split from Liam, Cheryl seems to be soldiering on with life in the single lane once again.
With her 24-year-old ex having moved out of the Surrey home they shared together, leaving Cheryl living with baby Bear, the former X Factor judge and singer seems to have been doing her best to keep things ticking along, and as it turns out shes actually doing well, according to one friend.
Rather than moping around her palatial pad in a heartbroken haze, Kimberley Walsh revealed that her friend and former bandmate may be going through a tough spot – but she is coping.
Appearing on todays Loose Women, Kimberley was lightly quizzed on her pals current post-break up state.
I felt really, really sad when her marriage broke up as wed sort of lived through that, Gloria Hunniford said – confusing the fact that Cheryl never said I do to Liam – before asking if she was OK.
The Ackley Bridge actress replied: I mean, you know, its obviously tough. But, she is doing well.
She added that she saw Cheryl just last week, adding: Weve both got young boys the same age, so we get together all the time.
I was there last week and we had a barbeque, and just seeing the kids playing together and this new phase that were in in our lives is so lovely.
The news follows hot on the heels that the 35-year-old – who shares son Bear with the Bedroom Floor singer – has turned to yoga in a bid to get her mind clear, following their break up.
An insider reportedly claimed: Cheryl has really taken to yoga, its been keeping her in shape and giving her peace of mind.
The former Girls Aloud star confirmed her split from Liam on Twitter, the day after her birthday at the beginning of this month.
Loose Women airs Monday – Friday from 12:30pm on ITV.
