Samira Mighty has left Love Island, it has been confirmed, after love interest Frankie Foster was given the boot.
The Islander was left devastated after Frankies exit, and later told Dani she had chosen to follow him out of the door and follow her heart.
The 22-year-old had originally said she wanted to enjoy the rest of her experience but said being surrounded by couples was too much to take.
In tonights episode, Samira will be speaking speaking to Dani in the garden about her time in the villa after Frankie was given the boot.
Weve been here from the start and I finally got what I wanted and now I feel like Im back at square one but worst. Its unfinished business, she said.
An emotional Samira told Dani that after having connected with Frankie, she feels like she wouldnt be able to meet someone again.
I dont feel like Im going to meet anyone else and have a connection with anyone else. You know how hard it is for me to meet someone and actually get a connection with them. Also all my best mates are moving on in here. I want to stay so bad but I cant be happy in here anymore. Im going to sleep on it tonight, she promised.
But by the next morning, Samira had made up her mind and broke the news to Ellie, Dani and Megan on the roof terrace.
So my lovely beautiful girls, you guys know that Ive had a really tough couple of days here recently and Ive been umming and ahhing about leaving. Ive not had any connection in here with anyone and I had a little taste of that with Frankie and its gone abruptly and I think Id always be thinking What if. I woke up this morning and I thought, its my time to go… I have to do this for me, Ive never felt so strong, she said.
You seem happier already having made your mind up. You seem like the old Samira back again. I love Wes, but I love you equally, Megan said.
Talking in the Beach Hut, Samira said: This decision is so, so hard. Im devastated by it. But I think that it is the right thing to do. Just follow my heart because Ive never done that before Ive always taken the back seat and now I need to go for it head on and leave and just go for Frankie… Ive got to go with my gut feeling. And Im not saying Im in love with Frankie or were going to get married tomorrow but I dont want to waste any time, I just want to see him and I know this is the right thing to do. This opportunity was amazing and I take it with a full heart and full love.
Megan is completely taken aback by the news and admitted that while she wanted Samira to stay, she knew she had come to the right decision.
While Dani said in the Beach Hut: Samira looked after me. Im glad shes going to find her happiness but she was a part of my happiness… We came in Love Island to find love and Samira found someone and it was taken away from her and she wants to carry that on and I respect her for that.
Samira broke the news to the Islanders around the fire pit.

Talking about Frankie, she said: So, these past couple of days I havent been myself and Ive struggled to be happy in here and have fun and I had a taste of what Ive wanted and its gone. Ive really tried and been tossing and turning about what Im going to do.
I think the best thing for me to get closure on the Frankie situation and for me to be happy is to go today. Im really sad but its a good thing. Im really happy that Im doing this and I feel really strong. I love all of you so much. You are all so amazing.
Samira left the villa to a round of applause.
